They say first impressions last forever but the lucky residents of Allara Estate in Perth’s North will fall in love with this striking entry statement time and time again. Standing an impressive 7m tall and over 16m wide, this stunning entry statement can be seen for miles and is at the entry to a growing suburb popular with young families.

Faced with a tight time frame for the suburb’s grand opening to the community, DENMAC’s fabrication team worked efficiently to manufacture the 40 lin.m of SHS in eye catching ‘Allara’ yellow and white. This steelwork was delicately positioned to symbolise the rays of the perforated sun panel that was also fabricated by DENMAC’s talented workshop team.

DENMAC’S install team faced many challenges due to the sloping landscape on the site. Surveyors were engaged to ensure that our footings that varied in depth as the landscape changed were millimetre perfect.
This ensured that the intersections of the SHS and the frames for the perforated panels fitted perfectly when lifting with an onsite crane and riggers.

The result is a stunning sunrise as an eye-catching entry statement that will be timeless in its design and continue to grow with the vibrant community as the population increases.
