DENMAC is proud to have been involved in the recently completed Claremont on the Park project. The project has seen the creation of 750 new homes, successfully integrating a mix of residential and business space with the existing community. As a result the 9.4 hectare project located on the northern side of the Claremont train station has been awarded Best Planning Ideas – Small Project at the Planning Institute of Australia’s national awards.

Claremont on the Park

Architecture Meets Art

Apartment buildings are no stranger to being adorned with public art and Claremont in the Park is no exception. For this project DENMAC worked in collaboration one again with Lorenna Grant to produce a truly unique façade which has successfully elevated the appearance of the building. Having worked with DENMAC for over 20 years now, all parties were confident they could deliver another inspiring piece of public art. DENMAC was responsible for the anodised aluminium perforated panels whilst Lorenna was tasked with the design and concrete application to the wall.

DENMAC is proud to be recognized as Western Australia’s leading public art contractor having worked on some of the state’s most iconic building projects and we’re looking forward to contributing to many more in 2019.
