The Crest Apartments in Burswood was built by BGC Construction in partnership with artist Rick Vermey and computational designers Intensive Fields Lab for developer Norup Wilson. The building is 21 stories high and houses 168 apartments that range from 1-3 bedrooms. Residents enjoy amazing views of the Swan River and the recently completed Optus Stadium, whilst also being in walking distance from the Crowne Entertainment facility.

DENMAC was engaged to fabricate and install 21 levels of solid, folded and powder-coated 3mm non-combustible aluminium facade. Our extensive experience working on projects of a similar nature ensured we were properly equipped to tackle all challenges that arose with the end result being a fantastic contribution to Perth architecture and setting a new benchmark for residential apartment design in Western Australia.
