Designed by Carabiner Architects, and delivered by Broad Construction, the facility will house a 2 story main building, 700 capacity grandstand, two competition and training pitches and whilst International and A League football matches will continue to be held at HBF Park or Optus Stadium, lower-capacity special events will be played at the SFC.
SFC will enable future expansion requirements for the sport and is recognised by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and Regional Development, Barnaby Joyce as “A game changer for Western Australia as participation in football continues to expand”
