After a rigorous tender process, DENMAC has just been contracted to Manufacture & Install the Outdoor Shade Structures as part of Stage 1A of the Murdoch Health and Knowledge Precinct (MHKP) due for completion in 2023.
Designed by internationally renowned architectural firm Hassell Studio and delivered by global construction leader Multiplex, MHKP will be the largest hub outside the Perth CBD and will include a Thirteen-storey hotel, Nine-storey Aged Care Facility, Office Building, Six-storey Retail, Medical Suites & Childcare Building, Ten-storey Medical Centre and WA’s first Medihotel
Denmac are delighted to be part of such significant Health Care Infrastructure, with Stage 1A generating approximately 3,000 jobs, and injecting around $250 million into the local economy.
