DENMAC was tasked with delivering the hardscape elements to deliver a complete entry and playpark package to develop a strong vibrant new community.

The start of the project began early 2016 with an architectural feature Entry Sculpture and Signage. The success of the estate was evident early resulting in a request for quick turnaround on infrastructure. DENMAC assisted to develop the entry and parkland towards the end of 2016 with manufacture and installation of aluminium balustrades to estate lots, stainless handrail to park boardwalk, shade structures with furniture and feature arbor structures.

To create an innovative development and natural landscape, materials on the project were complex and varied from heavy structural mild steel, aluminium, timber, stainless steel, laser cutting, concrete with painted, powder coated, galvanized and polished finishes.

The arbor structure is one of the largest of its kind on a land subdivision. The structure was challenging in design, transport, and installation but the result is compelling with 2 roofs intersecting each other, lighting and timber ceiling elements all intertwined.

DENMAC full time employees are qualified to procure, design and construct all these elements. DENMAC worked with LD total, the Architects and other trades to deliver all components on time with a high-quality finish.
