Eden Beach is located 40 kilometres north of Perth CBD. The well utilised Foreshore Park and Playground includes custom furniture and seated & shaded structures. The playground caters for children of all age groups and overlooks the beachfront & foreshore and incorporates slides, multi-level play cubes, climbing structures and a toddler play area with swings and a sand play area.

DENMAC’s scope was to bring the vision to life and create a focal point for the community. DENMAC constructed several beach shelters that were clad by galvanised battens to create a rustic beachside feel. The shelters were complemented by matching seats and tables.

A focal point of the project was a bespoke curved seat structure. DENMAC’s team produced the fabrication drawings, installed the formed curved concrete base, built the steel framework and clad the steelwork in multi-coloured wooden battens to match the shade structures which were erected at the same time.

DENMAC’s install team worked closely with the client to meet the tight deadlines and ensure the park was completed for the grand opening Community Open Day.
